HMPS5000 Wraparound Casepacker packing 5 different frozen meat patties in speeds of between 18 and 24 packs per minute. Bags are transferred onto the infeed conveyor and diverted from 1 into 2 or 3 lanes. At the end of the conveyor they are then released onto the shorter machine infeed conveyor in the required quantity for the required shipper. The bags are then compressed and aligned together before being loaded in the shipper with a Servo driven Delta Robot in Station 2. Products are collated and positioned in the loading station where the collation of products is loaded.
